Sam was extremely hardworking and got the job done in two days as promised. Unlike many tradespeople, he kept to the dates we had agreed months earlier, when I am so used to being ‘bumped’ due to delays for one reason or another. I also appreciated the fact that the invoice was a bit less in the end, because the area to be boarded turned out to be smaller. I wouldn’t have been any the wiser if he had stuck to the original quote, and such honesty is appreciated.
