The service you provide is excellent the member of staff was punctual and very polite – he checked the details of the fitting with us to make sure nothing had changed he put protective sheeting down from the door entry to where the loft ladder was being fitted.
On completing the job he called upstairs and explained how the loft hatch worked and asked us if we wanted to climb the ladder to see everything in the loft was complete and tidy which it was he then removed the protective sheets and cleaned the carpets.
Its obvious to see your staff are trained to a very high standard well done to everyone within the team
