Andrea Stonier, Stoke on Trent – Loft Boarding, Loft Shelving

From the first phone call the response was quick and efficient. After being let down by three
previous companies I was pleasantly surprised by the phone call from Nick to arrange to come
and look at the job I needed done. He arrived on time for the initial appointment and gave me
advice and suggested something slightly different for the job I needed doing. Within the day I
had a date and time for the work to go ahead. Again Nick arrived on time and worked amazingly hard through the day. He moved boxes and items that we were unable to move ourselves and made it as part of the service. He was very courteous, polite and cheerful and was friendly in his manner. The shelving he suggested worked perfectly and is functional, enabling us to store our personal things more efficiently. The boarding work has been completed to a very high standard and is very sturdy. I received a very high standard of customer service which is often rare nowadays and would highly recommend Nick for any loft work without question. Many thanks to Nick for his hard work, we appreciate the excellent job he did for us.
