The work was carried out by two installers, Mason and Daz. They were very careful right from the moment of arrival, laying dust sheets from the front door all the way to the loft hatch. The work was carried out quickly and thoroughly, it didn’t take as long as I’d anticipated. The workings of the ladder and hatch were fully explained to me, and I am very happy with the standard of work.
