All 3 of the guys working on our house were respectful, courteous and had impeccable manners. Drinks were offered but they had brought their own and they just got on with their jobs. Everything was completed after 7hours, dust sheets up, and what impressed my wife was that they used their own hoover and completely cleaned the rooms in which they were working. You kept all the deadlines and appointments that were made, whilst doing the work you treated my property with respect and behaved appropriately, I have had tradespeople in my house all year and you have been the best, I was able to let you get on with your work, with others I have had to watch or be around due to their behaviours and language. The standard of the work is very high, so high in fact that other than the plaster problem (caused by a previous tradesperson) you would think that my house had been built, not adapted. From the first phone call the response was quick and efficient. After being let down by three previous companies I was pleasantly surprised by the phone call from Nick to arrange to come and look at the job I needed done. He arrived on time for the initial appointment and gave me advice and suggested something slightly different for the job I needed doing. Within the day I had a date and time for the work to go ahead. Again Nick arrived on time and worked amazingly hard through the day. He moved boxes and items that we were unable to move ourselves and made it as part of the service.
