First of all Josh is the most respectful and polite tradesman, that is a dream to have in your home. Our job was not easy as our front door broke meaning he had to bring everything round the side, he cracked on and didn’t complain but also worked immaculately all the way through then at the end of day hoovered through his path. Dust sheets were laid everywhere even though we told him it didn’t matter as we were ripping up carpets etc in the next couple of days! Very pleased with all the work that was completed by this company. My loft has suffered with condensation for many years and when Josh came around to have a look he explained the causes and what I could do to rectify the problem . I was also interested in a loft ladder and possible boarding . I was given a quote with all the different options broken down so I could choose how much work I wanted done. Once I had accepted the quote and a date was agreed I was kept informed of arrival times etc . I had decided to go for the loft ladder , new loft hatched , part boarding and ventilation improvements. All the work was finished to a very high standard and on completion everything was then packed up and cleared away . While Josh was in my loft he also noticed that my roof had been leaking and very kindly mopped up the water that had collected and laid some plastic and buckets to help prevent any further damage until I could get somebody around to mend my roof. As soon as he came in he got on with the job. He laid floor covering to protect my carpet. His Colleague joined him. He supplied and fitted a new loft ladder and made a new loft hatch which he had to cut out. He was going to fit a light but due to the way my electrics were wired he preferred an electrician did the job. He organised this at no extra cost. The electrician arrived on time and carried out the work and I am more than pleased with Joshes work he did an excellent job and would have no hesitation in recommending him

Josh came to my house to quote for fitting a loft ladder and boarding the loft. He explained what would need to be done and showed his credentials.
