As soon as he came in he got on with the job. He laid floor covering to protect my carpet. His Colleague joined him. He supplied and fitted a new loft ladder and made a new loft hatch which he had to cut out. He was going to fit a light but due to the way my electrics were wired he preferred an electrician did the job. He organised this at no extra cost. The electrician arrived on time and carried out the work and I am more than pleased with Joshes work he did an excellent job and would have no hesitation in recommending him

Josh came to my house to quote for fitting a loft ladder and boarding the loft. He explained what would need to be done and showed his credentials. The quote was competitive and when I read the other reviews about his work, I decided to hire him. I am very pleased I did; I cannot speak highly enough of Josh and Lucas; they were both polite and dog friendly! Josh text me to let me know when they would arrive. They covered the floors and got on with the work, they did not stop working, took away the rubbish and cleaned up after themselves. Josh showed me how to use the ladder and left the instructions and invoice. The overall experience from the quote to the end of the work I feel this is important as I have been stung before by some disreputable people, and I was nervous about getting work done again. So, I was a little wary, but Josh made me feel very at ease, I never felt under pressure to give him the work and he did not demand payment on the same day but left the invoice. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Josh and his team. They have not only left me with a boarded-out loft and ladder and insulated hatch, but they have also given me back my confidence in trade-people again.
