Replaced my heavy, sprung wood loft ladder with lightweight one. Attila arrived on time worked steadily until new ladder in place and then took me through how the new ladder is operated. Gave me advice on how removal of strong spring for previous ladder would make it easier to open and close the hatch. Made no extra charge for this removal. When Attila called originally to check installation feasible he arrived on time and made thorough measurements of the loft space to ensure which type of ladder would fit. I would definitely recommend this company.

After my intial contact with Access4Lofts to arrange for a survey appointment I was very encouraged by the visit from Attila Minor. He arrived on time, was very professionally presented (always a plus point) had a friendly, appropriate manner and was confident that he could sort out the haphazard insulation in the loft, board an area which would be useful for me, and replace a very ugly and useless loft hatch. I had an existing loft ladder which could be reused. There was no high pressure sales pitch and that was a bonus. Attila explained the costings to me and pointed out that there would be no VAT to pay on insulation work. We discussed when the work could be done and a date was fixed. On the day Attila arrived promptly and worked consistently hard, achieving a very high standard of finish. I noted again that Attila's appearance and manner were very professional and he tidied up extremely well so I didn't know he'd been in the house. Usually dust sheets are grubby but Attila's were clean and appropriately placed in the entrance to the house and up the staircase. He showed me what he'd done and how to operate the new loft hatch and pull down ladder. It is clear that Attila is a competent and careful worker and it has been a pleasure to both meet him and to have him complete the work so successfully.
