I am absolutely delighted with the whole experience. There was no high pressure selling involved and lots of guidance as to what would be best for me. The salesman was friendly and courteous and the rest of the team were the same. The project was carried out efficiently by a great pair of fitters who made a fantastic job of clearing up afterwards. Apart from a gleaming hatch door, no one would have known they had been. I was shown how to operate the ladder and since then I have been up and down like a yo-yo. I have been in the house almost forty years and had never been in the loft previously! I can’t recommend the team highly enough.
