A4L were great from start to finish - the survey was booked quickly and once the quote was agreed, managed to fit us in the install diary within a week. An electrical junction box was missed on the survey which meant an electrician had to be called out but this only caused a delay of about an hour and was at A4L cost so no skin off our nose. The install went well and the finished loft hatch and ladder look great and work perfectly. Jackson was a pleasure to have around and cracked on with no fuss.

Gareth (the surveyor) and the fitters did a great job. The loft space was very complex with a lot of pipework in the way - but the guys found a way of installing boarding as requested. I was delighted with the quality of the work. The staff were polite and professional and did a wonderful job. My loft had previously been almost totally unusable, and the transformation was remarkable! Every bit of space was made usable for storage and the shelves were placed perfectly to make better use of the spaces between beams. The new hatch and ladder are so simple to use and safe. I've had no trouble getting up and down, something which had been impossible and dangerous before. I couldn't be happier with the work!

I found access4lofts online as I wanted to have loft boarding and hatch relocation work done. From the very beginning their customer service was faultless every person I had spoken to was extremely polite and professional and they whole process from quotation to installation was brilliant. I had been quoted 1.5 days of work and it was exactly that, they said they installers would arrive at 9am and they were parked up each day by 8:45 unloading the van to start at 9am. They tidied up each day and the finished job is better than we expected. In advance we had been told to clear the loft space ready, I had struggled to clear it all but the installers simply changed they plan and said don’t worry we will move things around as we need to. There are not many companies who maintain this standard of service so a credit to access4lofts if I had another loft I’d know where to go!

The fitter arrived on time was polite, explained what he was going to do. Even changed the works as a better option was possible at a cheaper cost.
