I just wanted to write and thank you for the immaculate service I have received from your firm,
from start to finish.
From my initial contact on the phone: polite, helpful and efficient. To the survey by Brett, who
was courteous and thorough, to Bevan who carried out the works and was just a delight to deal
with.
The finished job was exactly what I had hoped for, the house was left as it was found (clean and
tidy) and Bevan explained the operation of the new hatch and ladder to me with great care and
kindness.
