A4L were great from start to finish – the survey was booked quickly and once the quote was agreed, managed to fit us in the install diary within a week. An electrical junction box was missed on the survey which meant an electrician had to be called out but this only caused a delay of about an hour and was at A4L cost so no skin off our nose. The install went well and the finished loft hatch and ladder look great and work perfectly. Jackson was a pleasure to have around and cracked on with no fuss.
