Installing a proper loft ladder is something we’ve been meaning to do for some time. It was a
very easy process from start to finish and when they came across an unforeseen problem it was
dealt with professionally. In fact we are better pleased with the outcome which involved
changing the siting of the ladder than we would have been with the original plan. They were all
very polite, friendly and professional and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
