2.9m Telescopic Ladder
If you’ve been told your loft is too small for a loft ladder then this could be the solution. Ideal for loft hatches where there is minimal storage space, our telescopic loft ladder fits behind the hatch for the ladder. Load capacity 150Kg (23.5 stone), available in two sizes up to 2.9m floor to floor height.
3 Section Easy Stow Aluminium Loft Ladder
Our most popular ladder, this 3 Section Easy Stow Aluminium Loft Ladder has a spring loaded arm for easy control, handrail for added safety, load capacity 150Kg (23.5 stone), up to 3.0m floor to floor height. Comes with a 25 year manufacturers guarantee.
Deluxe Wooden Ladder
The Eco S-Line Wooden Loft Ladder is a complete loft access solution including ladder, handle, loft surround, insulated trap door and spring assisted stowage. Uses no further loft floor space as the ladder stores within the trapdoor. Load capacity 150Kg (23.5 stone), up to 2.81m floor to ceiling height.
Loft Prop Raised Storage System
Designed to raise boarding above insulation to avoid insulation compression when using your loft for storage.
Breathable Felt
In older properties (which may not have any roof lining below the tiles) this breathable felt will keep the boarded area free from dust and debris falling onto it .
Shelving
We can create additional storage space in your loft by utilising the upright roof joists and laying shelving.
18mm Ply Hatches
Sometimes it is possible for us to modify your existing hatch cover to hinge downwards, replace it with a new 18mm ply cover or enlarge/build a complete new wooden dropdown cover and hatch surround.
PVC Hatches
To fit any loft ladder the hatch cover has to hinge downwards. One option is to install a PVC maintenance free cover. The hatches we supply and install are sealed units with an insulated cover. With its three point locking cover it meets Air Leak Test Report 231 637. Standard size 726mm x 560mm. Other sizes are available. The added bonus is you’ll never have to paint it!
