Arrived slightly early to complete the survey. We were then given several options for our loft (half or three-quarter board) together with a breakdown of the costs for each. We were booked in within their waiting time & any small query I had was answered quickly. Arrived a few minutes early on the day. We’re very polite, explained exactly what they would be doing & worked constantly & quietly until it was completed. Afterwards we inspected the work which transformed our loft &:we were shown how to use the loft ladder & hook. They left the invoice & lifetime guarantee for the installation. We were extremely pleased with everything & the overall experience was excellent from start to finish. We will certainly be recommending them to our friends.
