The initial survey was very informative to discuss NHBC warranty and available options for the loft space we have. We managed to get an appointment in for the work soon after which was great. The work on the day was seamless and professional.
I was pleased with the care given to our with protections laid across all of our flooring to ensure no damage and mess. All of our carpets are new being a new house so this was reassuring.
The completed product is fantastic and we are happy with the space we have in the loft now. The ladder and flooring fitted feels solid and care was taken around fittings in the loft.
A good demonstration was given for safety use and we have comfort in the warranty provided.
