Being in a new build we were worried about boarding the loft for extra storage, however from the initial contact with Access4Lofts to the final handover I was impressed with the excellent level of care, even explaining how the company and product were validated by NHBC and the product did NOT invalidate the 10 year new home guarantee. On the day of installation the team arrived early, explained what was being done and then quietly, without any disruption installed the ladder and boarded the loft within a few hours before clearing down and demonstrating the product.
