Ollie was excellent, arrived on time, covered the carpets with dust sheets even though I had said no need as new carpet being fitted soon, he explained the process and cracked on. I was very impressed as it was a very hot day and the loft it’s the last place I’d want to be.i had the hatch and ladder replaced also the loft boarded. Everything was finished before I knew it, and all was explained about how to use the new hatch and ladder. All was left clean and tidy. Much appreciated and will highly recommend. Cheers
