Ollie the installer was totally professional from start to finish. Fitted a new loft lid and loft ladder without fuss and in a very reasonable time. The demonstration and practice session was clear and well presented. I have no problem in fully recommending Access4Lofts work as thoroughly satisfactory and also very good value for money.
