Dave was great, He surveyed the loft, noted that the ceiling was sagging a little so suggested putting loft boarding on a floating floor attached to structural joists. He quoted for installing a loft ladder, laying thick insulation throughout the loft, and boarding an agreed area. All went to plan and to budget, and I now have a useable loft space, a pull down ladder and a warmer house, and no mess to clean up.
